Davidson Kempner Enters Into New Headquarters Lease

Paul, Weiss represented global investment management firm Davidson Kempner Capital Management in its lease negotiations for a new headquarters location at 9 West 57th Street in New York City. The space measures almost 100,000 square feet and is comprised of the entire 24th, 28th and 29th floors of the building.

The Paul, Weiss team included corporate partner Udi Grofman and real estate counsel Barry Langman and Ruobing Chen.
