Marco Masotti to Participate in PLI’s Private Equity Forum

Corporate partner Marco Masotti will participate in a panel discussion at the Practising Law Institute's Private Equity Forum. Marco's panel, titled "General Partner Arrangements: Structure and Terms," will examine the typical structures and economic terms for GP arrangements, adding new partners, and spin-offs and acquisitions of PE managers. The event will take place on June 29-30 in New York City.
