Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus on the financing for its strategic investment in Varicent, the industry leader in sales performance management software. Existing investors Great Hill Partners and Spectrum Equity, as well as company management, will participate in the investment.
The funding will allow Varicent to rapidly advance its proprietary Revenue Performance Engine framework, accelerate delivery of AI-driven capabilities and reinforce its position in key markets globally. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
