Warburg Pincus and Temasek to Acquire Specialist Risk Group

Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus in connection with its agreement, alongside Temasek, to acquire London-based insurance broker Specialist Risk Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Specialist Risk Group was launched in January 2020 and currently employs over 600 people and places premiums of more than £1 billion.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partners Neel Sachdev and Stefan Arnold-Soulby.
