Stone Point Capital Invests in Ultimus Fund Solutions

Paul, Weiss advised Stone Point Capital LLC on the debt financing aspects of its investment, alongside private equity firm GTCR, in Ultimus Fund Solutions, a leading independent provider of fund administration services and solutions to investment advisors. Under the terms of the agreement, GTCR Fund XIV will reinvest in the business in conjunction with funds managed by Stone Point, providing full liquidity to GTCR Fund XII. Following the close of the transaction, expected in the fourth quarter of 2025, Stone Point and GTCR will jointly control Ultimus with equal governance. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
