Marathon Health Completes Strategic Combination with OurHealth

Paul, Weiss advised General Atlantic and its portfolio company Marathon Health in Marathon Health’s strategic combination with OurHealth. Under the terms of the transaction, completed on January 15, General Atlantic now holds a majority of the equity in the combined organization. Both Marathon Health and OurHealth are leading providers of onsite and near-site health centers for employers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
