David Huntington Participates in Society for Corporate Governance Program

Corporate partner David Huntington participated in Society for Corporate Governance’s “Essentials For Corporate Governance,” the Society’s signature instructional program on the responsibilities of corporate secretaries and other corporate governance professionals. David’s panel, “Regulation & Disclosure: Part II,” covered Regulation FD, insider trading policies, Section 16 compliance and other topics. The program took place from January 21 to 23 in Orlando, Florida.
