Paul, Weiss advised an affiliate of TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. as the selling stockholder in a follow-on and secondary offering of 2,300,000 shares of J.Jill, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option. The offering resulted in total gross proceeds of $31 million to TowerBrook Capital Partners and $40.3 million to J.Jill. Jefferies, William Blair and TD Cowen acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering.
