David Kessler to Discuss Expansion of DOJ’s Corporate Criminal Enforcement Efforts Related to National Security at Harvard Law School

Litigation counsel David Kessler will deliver a presentation, “DOJ’s ‘Biggest Shift in Corporate Criminal Enforcement:’ A New Focus on National Security-Related Corporate Crime,” hosted by Harvard Law School’s National Security & Law Association. David will discuss, among other things, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco’s recent speech at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics’ Annual Compliance & Ethics Institute, which detailed the expansion of the DOJ’s corporate criminal enforcement efforts in the national security realm.
