Sean Fitzpatrick is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Sean advises public and private companies, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a variety of significant transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, recapitalizations and corporate restructurings. Sean regularly assists companies and sponsors with a broad range of other general corporate, securities laws and governance matters.

  • American Securities and its portfolio companies, including in its sale of a majority stake in Aspen Dental Management Inc. and Metaldyne Performance Group Inc.  in its sale to American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings, Inc.*
  • Antin Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of FirstLight Fiber*
  • AppHarvest in its business combination with Novus Capital Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company*
  • Ares Management in connection with its investment transaction in Virgin Voyages
