Brad Karp to Participate at NYU’s Annual Survey of American Law Symposium

Firm chair Brad Karp will participate at the 2015 NYU Annual Survey of American Law Symposium, "The Future of Securities Class Actions After Halliburton II," which will address the legal and regulatory impact of Halliburton II and the future of securities class actions in the United States. Brad will speak on panel III, titled "The Effects of Halliburton II on Plaintiffs, Shareholders, and a Potential Legislative Response." The event will take place on February 27 in New York City.
