Valerie Radwaner Honored by the Student Leadership Network

Deputy Chair Valerie Radwaner was honored at the Student Leadership Network’s 2018 (Em)Power Breakfast. In addition to Valerie, other honorees included actress Tracee Ellis Ross from Black-ish and Bruce Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield. Firm chairman Brad Karp was a co-chair of this event, which took place on October 16 in New York City.
The Student Leadership Network runs several programs that prepare girls for success in college and beyond, including The Young Women’s Leadership School in East Harlem and the CollegeBound Initiative, which provides comprehensive services, such as SAT prep, financial aid counseling, college trips, and parent engagement workshops for students and their families to build a pathway to college. In 2018, this initiative reached nearly 17,000 students across 32 public schools in New York City.
